Young Leaders Unit

So what is the Young Leaders Unit?  The Young Leaders Unit is an Explorer Scout Unit where the programme is based around the Young Leaders Scheme with other relevant training and activities.  It will be fun and not all hard work (although there may be a bit of that at times!).  This is different to the current District Explorers Unit meetings on a Wednesday.

We will be meeting once a month (usually during the last full week of the month) and the meeting night will vary to try and minimise the overlap with your Colony/Pack/Troop meetings.  Various leaders will assist us with our training and activities, but leading the unit will be Mark Burford and Robin Dellbridge.

Meeting Dates

We meet on the 28th of the month, each month.  This means the meeting night varies month to month, but therefore has less impact on Young Leaders active within Group sections.
